LOS ANGELES CHAMPIONSHIPS: CULVER CITY, CA
Approximately 300 competitors are expected to turn out for the LA Championships, making it the biggest event in the history of the prestigious contest – one which routinely churns out future IFBB pros as Overall winners. Richard Jones (2002), Mark Dugdale (2003), Will Harris (2004), Daryl Gee (2009) and Amanda Latona (2009) are just a few of the past Overall winners who have gone on to make a name for themselves at the next level.
IKAIKA CLASSIC: HONOLULU, HI
Rookie IFBB Pro An Nguyen, coming off a third-place finish in his pro debut at the Chicago Pro two weeks ago, makes a guest posing appearance in Hawaii.
