The early stages of the 2013 NPC season continue this weekend with the Gold Coast Muscle Classic in Culver City, California, the first national-qualifying event of the year.
Now in it’s second year, the Gold Coast Muscle Classic promises to be bigger and better than Year One, as roughly 200 competitors are expected to take the stage at Veteran’s Memorial Auditorium. Last year’s contest featured Overall figure winner Dawn Fernandez, who went on to win her IFBB Pro card by winning the Overall at the IFBB North Americans.
The weekend kicks off on Friday with a seminar featuring some of the best in the business – two-time Figure Olympia winner Nicole Wilkins, trainer/nutritionist Kim Oddo and NPC Southern California District Vice Chairman and NPC/IFBB Judge Tamer El Guindy along a host of IFBB Bikini pros, including Stacey Alexander, Tiffany Boydston, Narmin Assria and Amy Allen.
