FITNESS
Jacklyn Abrams: Fitness Class A and Overall
Age: 23
Lives: Parker, Colorado
Height: 5’1
Weight: 107
Contest History: 2012: Jr. USA Overall Fitness; Emerald Cup Overall Fitness; 1st Mixed Pairs Bodybuilding 2011: Colorado State Championships, 1st Fitness Short Class and Overall;
Judge’s Comments: “Out of all the women who earned pro cards, Jacklyn is the most ready to step on a pro stage. She is going to do the Toronto show in a couple weeks to see how she fares. She could tighten up her lower body a little bit and that could help her – but she has plenty of muscle. Her routine is her strength, she’s a very strong girl with a lot of flexibility. Her transitions are not as smooth as some of the girls she’ll compete against on the pro stage but she should be able to hold her own.”
MEN’S PHYSIQUE
Guy Marquart: Tall Class and Overall
Age: 30
Lives: Denver, Colorado
Height: 6’3 ½
Weight: 214
Contest History: 2010: Colorado Naturals, 2nd Novice Heavyweight; 2011: Colorado State Championships, 3rd Tall Class; Warrior Classic, 2nd Tall Class
Judge’s Comments: “He has great stage presence and a really nice look. I thought his conditioning was right on. He might need little more fullness to compete on the pro stage, but he definitely has potential to do well.”
OTHER PRO CARD WINNERS:
Michael Bevins: 1st Class B
Judge’s Comments: “Nice look on stage that catches the judges eye. I think he needs to be a little bit bigger and a little better condition to step on the pro stage. Stage presence is a strength.”
Shadrack Hendricks: 1st Class A
Judge’s Comments: “Conditioning could have been better – that’s why he didn’t do as well in the overall as he could have. He needs to work on his stage presence – he didn’t look as comfortable as the other two did.”

FIGURE
Patty Clark: Class F and Overall winner
Age: 28
Lives: Charleston, South Carolina
Height: 5’9
Weight: 130
Contest History: 2012: Charlotte Cup, Class D and Overall winner; 2011: Jr. USAs, 4th Class F; Victory in the Valley, 3rd Class D; Charlotte Cup, 8th Class D
Judge’s Comments: “She has nice structure, nice balance – a nice frame to work with but going to need more fullness especially in her upper body to compete on the pro stage.”
OTHER PRO CARD WINNERS:
Hope Davis: 1st Class C
Judge’s Comments: “Nice full muscles. Very nice symmetry from the front; needs some more fine tuning on the back – she doesn’t pose right from the back. She has a very striking look on stage but is going to need to be a little bit better to compete on the pro stage. Out of the new figure pros, she is probably the most ready to step on a pro stage.”
Tissili Rogers: 1st Class E
Judge’s Comments: “She has nice muscle but she needs more width in her upper body – she’s really straight up and down and a little thick in the waist. Muscularity-wise she’s fine, her conditioning was fine. Part of the problem is, she stands wrong – she draws her shoulders in. Needs to work on her symmetry, her posing and improve her balance.”

BIKINI
Adriana Hill: 1st Class B
Age: 26
Lives: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Height: 5’2
Weight: 107
Contest History: 2011 Fort Lauderdale Cup , 1st Novice and Open Overall; Nationals 6th Class B; 2012: Steve Stone NY Metropolitans 1st Class B; Pittsburgh Championships 1st Class B
Judge’s Comments: “She has nice fullness and a nice look on stage, a very attractive girl. Her conditioning was good. She could do well on some of the smaller pro stages in the near future.
OTHER PRO CARD WINNERS:
Brittney Young: Class F and Overall Winner
Judge’s Comments: Good stage presence. Her conditioning needs to be better. She needs to improve her shape. Nice rounded glutes and presents herself very nice on stage, she works well with what she’s got. I think she’s going to need little bit more roundness to her body.
Polianna Moss: 1st Class C
Judge’s Comments: “She’s a little thin, she needs to add some curviness to her body. I think she may have over-dieted a little bit towards the end of her prep. A pretty look, but tiny and very thin on stage so needs to add some fullness.”
WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE
Trina Thompson: Class A and Overall Winner
Age: 35
Lives: Shelbyville, Kentucky
Height: 5’1 ½
Weight: 125
Contest History: 2006: Kentucky Muscle Classic, 1st Class A (Figure); 2007: Pittsburgh Championships 2nd Class B (Figure); Southern States 2nd Class A (Figure); 2008: Jr. USA 7th Class A (Figure); Kentucky Muscle Classic 3rd Class A; 2010: GNC Classic 1st Class A and Overall; Indianapolis Championships 1st Class A and Overall; Jr. Nationals 9th Class B; IFBB North Americans 6th Class A; Nationals 11th Class B; 2011: Jr. USA 11th Short Class (Women’s Physique); Jr. Nationals, 4th Short Class (WPD
Judge’s Comments: “Nice muscle, but she’s borderline with the amount of muscle she has – I don’t think she needs to get any bigger. Just focus on quality. Her lower body could be tighter in the lower body. She has a really nice look on stage and her posing was very good.”
Sheena Ohlig: 1st Class B
Age: 28
Lives: Collingswood, New Jersey
Height: 5’7
Weight: 148
Judge’s Comments: “She has a nice body to work with, but she’s such a tall girl, she needs to fill out. A really pretty girl who should do well as a pro eventually, she just needs to sit back and gives herself a little bit of time.”
